What is the Eisenhower Matrix?
The Eisenhower Matrix is a time-management method that sorts tasks into four quadrants based on urgency and importance: Do First (urgent and important), Schedule (important but not urgent), Delegate (urgent but not important), and Eliminate (neither urgent nor important).
How to use this tool
Type a task, choose the quadrant it belongs in, and click "+ Add Task." Tackle "Do First" tasks immediately, block time on your calendar for "Schedule" tasks, hand off "Delegate" tasks if you can, and cut "Eliminate" tasks entirely.
FAQ
Why is "important but not urgent" its own category?
These are often the tasks like planning, exercise, or relationship-building that get pushed aside by urgent busywork but matter most for long-term goals. The matrix helps make sure they don't get neglected.
Will my tasks be saved?
Yes everything is saved locally in your browser, so your matrix will still be there next time you visit.
