Habit Tracker

Track your daily habits, build streaks, and see your progress for the week at a glance.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Your habits and progress are saved locally in your browser and never sent anywhere.

How to use the habit tracker

Add a habit you want to build, then click each day's box in the weekly row to mark it complete. Your current streak the number of consecutive days you've completed the habit, ending today updates automatically.

What counts as a streak?

Your streak counts backward from today (or yesterday, if today isn't marked yet) and stops at the first missed day. Marking today complete keeps your streak alive; missing a day resets it to zero.

FAQ

Can I track more than one habit?
Yes add as many habits as you'd like, each with its own weekly grid and streak.

Will my data be saved if I come back tomorrow?
Yes your habits and completed days are saved locally in your browser, so they'll be there the next time you visit on the same device.

Building a useful tracking routine

Choose a behavior that is specific enough to mark without debatefor example, walk 20 minutes rather than be healthier. Start with only a few habits, check them at the same time each day, and review the week for patterns. A missed day is information, not failure; adjust the cue, time, or difficulty if the same obstacle keeps appearing.

Protecting your history

This tracker stores progress in the current browser, so it is quick and private but not synchronized or professionally backed up. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or changing devices can remove the history. Copy important streaks or observations into a journal periodically. The tracker supports consistency, but it is not a medical adherence system or a substitute for professional treatment guidance.
