Meeting Planner

Find the best meeting time across multiple time zones by visualizing working-hour overlap.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Highlighted columns show where working hours (9am–5pm) overlap across your added cities. All calculations run locally in your browser.

How to use the meeting planner

Your local time zone is added automatically. Use the dropdown to add each teammate's or client's city, and the grid will show all 24 hours of your day mapped to each city's local time. Columns with more green shading show more overlapping 9am–5pm working hours — the best windows for a meeting.

Why is this better than converting one time at a time?

Converting a single time between two zones only answers "what time is it there right now." This tool shows your whole day at once across every city you add, so you can spot the best overlapping window for a group of people in different time zones without doing the math one hour at a time.

FAQ

Does this account for daylight saving time?
Yes time zone offsets are calculated for today's date using your browser's time zone database, so daylight saving time is automatically accounted for.

What counts as "working hours"?
This tool highlights 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time in each city as a general working-hours guideline. Adjust for your team's actual schedule as needed.
